The Executive Boot Camp is focused on polishing transition skills as well as improving the participants’ ability to help each other. Topics of discussion during the program include:
Defining / refining your expectations about the transition process.
Networking at a more productive level with peers; building mutually beneficial relationships.
Sharing best practices and providing encouragement and support.
Being creative in supporting each other.
The Executives In Transition – Boot Camp is an invitation-only program, for Director-level and above executives who are currently unemployed.

Graduates of the program may become candidates for interim professional
positions with PRG.
Supporting and connecting others in the business community are core values that PRG takes very seriously. With these pay-it-forward values in mind, PRG helped to create and continues to host the Executives in Transition program (a.k.a. “Boot Camp”).
We created this program to improve executives’ skills necessary to successfully transition into their next job. The program initially started in SoCal in 2008 and expanded to serve executives in the Bay Area business community and nationally.
