Our Founder
PRG is a premier woman-owned business that specializes in providing professional expertise in technology, finance, human resources, operations on permanent, interim and project basis.
We have successfully collaborated with clients over the last 14 years to build and implement end-to-end solutions for new projects, new systems and strategic growth initiatives.
Christi has been passionate about advancing women in the workforce. Christi was raised in a house full of boys and started her career in the male-dominated world of tech where for the first time she experienced gender inequity. Christi was fortunate to have managers who saw her talents and provided her with opportunities, and when Christi climbed up the ranks she paid it forward. Realizing her purpose was to lift up others, to create communities that help each other feel good about themselves, and to find their own purpose, Christi founded PRG in 2007, Executives in Transition Program (Boot Camp) in 2008 and Let’s Launch Women in 2021. The more we lift each other up, we help elevate our society.
Due to the pandemic’s impact on women in the workforce, participation rate has declined to levels seen over 30 years ago.
